		<description>in reference to saving private ryan, summary judgments have occurred in every war and will still happen. Regardless of the Geneva Convention, many soldiers in most wars will not capture enemies, and be forced to care for them. Especially if the captors are in such a small group, whose mission is a long way from being completed, and have no support. They may have not been allowed to do that but it happened a lot, and showing that it did in that movie was true to that war. I also think that showing that shed a little light on what war really does to people...
